Wellington win against Manawatu Wanganui

Wellington Men's and Women's teams prevailed over Manawatu/Wanganui at the Otaki GC, in a match that was shortened by awful weather conditions, to 18 holes.

The Men's team won 7 - 3, highlighted by strong wins from EJ Nicholson, Ryan Fahey, Josh Cumpstone and Trey Shedlock.

The Women's team, an age grade selection, were winners also, a 4 - 2 result, good wins by 12 year old players Elise Barber and Minnie St Helens, with no.1 Danika Lee having a narrow 1 dn loss to the impressive Casey Chettleburgh, coming back into the team after a long injury recovery.
